The facilities for kids were top-notch, with the Mini Club and entertainment team providing endless fun and games. The swimming pool with the Pirate Ship and bubble pool was a huge hit with our little ones. The activities programs for kids were designed to help them make friends, and our children had a blast interacting with other kids and participating in the exciting activities.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more shaded areas around the pool for families with children.

The variety of the offer (own small supermarket, pools, entertainment, playground, restaurant and pool bar, SPA -> the massages were unique).

Room cleaning was only done 5 times a week.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the town center. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always providing assistance with a smile. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest and sleep well during my stay. The hotel also offered an array of amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, ensuring that all my needs were met.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Sustainability would have to be improved, e.g. by using recyclable cups (lots of plastic to go).

Great family hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, pools for different ages of children, nice gym and a variety of food options. The hotel has a supermarket on site, and it is walking distance from the beach and shops.

The entertainment got repetitive after a few days, and there weren't many activities for adults. the sunbeds were often taken early in the morning with towels, and it was hard to find a free one later in the day.

The situation is good. We felt very comfortable. The facility is well maintained and clean.

Despite the separate Ü18 pool area children are tolerated there. Accordingly, the peace and quiet there is over. Kitchen equipment in our apartment was inadequate.

There was a really relaxing atmosphere in Viva Mallorca. The adult only pool espeically was great for us, as we were a couple travelling without children. The staff were lovely, very helpful.

The location... The town wasn't the best in mallorca, for example, there weren't great restaurants.

The hotel was a short walk from the beach and had an upstairs area with a nice view. The room was clean and spacious with a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. The pool area was enjoyable, with a good number of sun loungers available. The lifeguards were attentive and helpful.

The entertainment team didn't have enough activities to offer, and some of the shows could have been more engaging.

The hotel is very well maintained. T.he facilites there are lovely - a pool for adults only with 4 poster sunbeds, a kids pool with a pirate ship & slides and a large figure-8 shaped standard pool The kids club was brilliant, the staff were really good with the children & the activities were different every day - my children really enjoyed it. I didn't go for the all-in option but most people there seemed to go for it - I tried the restaurant one night and it was really good; there was a lot of choice - e.g. sushi, steak, lasagne, stir fry, omlette, chicken, fish, big salad bar, pizza, chips & lots of dessert choices too.

I couldn't fault this hotel & will definitely go back.

The pools for all ages were great, not crowded even in peak season. Ideal for families with smaller kids. The 'adults only' pool was a huge plus. Upgraded to a pool view room. Ideal for children with fabulous swimming pools, playground, and kids entertainment. Convenient location near the beach and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.
